Công ty được thành lập từ năm 1995 và đã có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điện lạnh. Hệ thống nhà lạnh là một trong những sản phẩm chủ lực của công ty.
Chúng tôi đã lắp đặt rât nhiều nhà lạnh ví dụ như nhà lạnh trong bảo quản sữa cho Vinamilk, Ankor milk với dung tích 7200 m3 và nhiệt độ 0 – 5 độ. Ngoài ra chúng tôi còn làm các kho lạnh bảo quản thịt, cá nhiệt đô: -25 độ và các hầm cấp đông nhanh -40 độ.
Khách hàng sẽ được tư vẫn miễn phí cho từng công trình.
Các bước để có được một báo giá chi tiêt:
Mục đích của kho lạnh: bảo quản thịt cá hay đồ hộp, sữa (các sản phẩm sữa) hay thuốc tây, rau củ quả hay hoa tươi, hóa chất hay hàng đặc chủng.v.v… Cách thức để hàng trong kho: đổ đống, treo trên móc dây, để trên giá tầng. Hàng để lộ hay đóng gói, vật liệu gói hàng. Nếu chưa biết chế độ bảo quản những mặt hàng này thì nhà thầu sẽ có những tư vấn tương thích từng mặt hàng (nhiệt độ và ẩm độ). Thí dụ: kho cấp đông, tức là thịt sau giết mổ hoặc thủy hải sản mới chế biến và đưa từ tàu lên thì phải qua kết đông rồi mới chuyển sang bảo quản đông (trữ đông). Một số mặt hàng củ quả chứa nước cũng qua kết đông rồi mới xuất khẩu (như dứa). Nhiệt độ kho kết đông đối với thịt phải ít nhất -28oC đến -35oC. Đó là kho cấp đông. Sau cấp đông hàng được đưa vào kho trữ đông. Nhiệt độ buồng trữ đông từ -18 oC đến -25 oC. Kho nhà hàng ăn uống hoặc ở chợ cần nhiệt độ khoảng -15 đến -18 oC để bảo quản thực phẩm gốc động vật. Tủ quầy trong siêu thị cần -20 đến -25 oC để bảo quản thịt cá trong “bể” và +4 oC cho tủ đứng nép tường để bảo quản thức ăn chín và sản phẩm sữa. Còn hàng gốc thực vật chỉ cần bảo quản ở nhiệt độ dương, thông thường +14 đến +16 oC (nấm ở 16 đến 18 oC) nhưng chú ý thải CO2 do rau-củ-quả-hoa “thở”; không được chứa những hàng này ở nhiệt độ âm.
Kích thước kho [Dài x Rộng x Cao]: Thông tin này cần có để nhà chuyên môn tính được năng suất lạnh và công suất điện. Nếu không, quý khách phải cho biết lượng trọng lượng từng loại hàng để nhà thầu qua định mức chất tải sẽ tính ra được dung tích kho dành cho từng mặt hàng cụ thể.
Môi trường giải nhiệt máy lạnh: nước hay không khí. Những nơi không khí ô nhiễm (bụi như nhà máy dệt may, cạnh lò cao, lò vôi…) thì phải dùng nước giải nhiệt cho máy lạnh. Lưu ý rằng, giải nhiệt nước làm cho máy chạy nhẹ hơn giải nhiệt gió và vì vậy chi phí vận hành về lâu dài sẽ giảm đi nhiều, tuy đầu tư ban đầu có cao hơn chút ít vì phải thêm trạm bơm, và, những nơi nước đắt, phải có thêm tháp giải nhiệt để tiết kiệm nước. Đừng nghĩ rằng giải nhiệt nước sẽ tiêu tốn nước.
Nơi đặt kho ở trong khu dân cư hay khu công nghiệp: Thông tin này để chọn ga lạnh. Khu dân cư phải chọn ga thân thiện với môi sinh (ga thơm). Còn khu công nghiệp thì thường dùng ammoniac NH3 (ga thối)- độc nhưng làm lạnh rất tốt, tốt hơn so với ga thơm, và rẻ hơn nhiều lần.
Nguồn điện: máy công suất nhỏ (dưới 5kW) thì dùng lưới điện 1 pha . Công suất lớn thì phải dùng lưới điện 3 pha để khởi động và mang tải cho khỏe. Kho lớn thì phải có nguồn điện lưới riêng để tránh lệch pha vào giờ cao điểm
Kiến trúc kho: 1 cửa hay 2 cửa (cửa to để người và hàng ra vào, còn cửa nhỏ như cửa sổ để rỡ hoặc bổ sung hàng). Cấu trúc cách nhiệt của vỏ kho: lắp ghép từ những tấm panel cách nhiệt hay ốp dán cách nhiệt cách ẩm vào buồng đã xây sẵn. Kho panel thông dụng nhất, hơn nữa, khi di dời cũng dễ tháo rỡ. Còn vỏ ốp dán nghe qua có vẻ rẻ hơn nhưng giá thành xây dựng lại cao hơn, kết quả cũng như thế. Sàn kho cho người đi lại hay xe nâng. Kho nấp dưới mái nhà chế sẵn hay đứng riêng lẻ ngoài trời. Ngoài ra kho còn được dựng từ công-tei-nơ có phun cách nhiệt.
Máy lạnh: nhà thầu sẽ tư vấn về máy, vì đây là vấn đề chuyên môn sâu.

Purposes of cold storage:

The temperature of frozen warehouses for meat must be at least -28 degrees Celsius to -35 degrees Celsius. After freezing, the goods are put into thefrozen storage. Cooling air conditioner: water or air. Polluted air areas (such as textile factory, blast furnace, lime kiln etc) is advised to use cooling water for air conditioner. It is noted that cooling water causes the machine to run slightly cooler and therefore operating costs in the long run will decrease significantly. The initial investment may be slightly higher due to addition of the pump station,. In some areas where water is expensive, more cooling towers are needed to save water. As a result, the cooling water treatment will not waste water.
Warehouse located in residential areas or industrial zones: This information is used to select freezer stations. Choosingenvironmentally friendly gas is essesntial for residential areas. On the other hand, . industrial zones often uses NH3 ammonia (butane gas) which is toxic but easily cooled, and cheaper than aromatic gas.
Power source: small servers (under 5kW) use single-phase networks. Larger servers use three-phase networksto boost and load more effectively. Large stores must have a different network to avoid phase deviation.
Warehouse Architecture: 1 door or 2 doors ( large door for people’s and goods’ entering, narrow door as window for unpacking and adding goods ). Insulation structure of warehouse cover: insulation panels or proding insulation are installed in rooms. Panel warehouses are the most common and easy to uninstall. The proding seems to be at lower price but its installing price is more expensive. Therefore, the result is the same. Floor is for people entering or for forklifts. Warehouses may be built with or without shelter. Besides, warehouses are also set up from insulation container.
