About the Craft Brewing System
The Pilot craft beer system is the passion of Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Thuan – Chairman of POLYCO Group, a leading expert in the beer and beverage industry. The Pilot is where experts and Food Technology students research and create unique flavored beers that meet international standards.
