On November 16, in the atmosphere of celebrating the significant holiday for the Education Sector, Dong A University of Technology solemnly held the 42nd Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20.
Attending and speaking at the ceremony was the President of Dong A University of Technology, Dr. Dinh Van Thanh.. Also present were Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Thuan – Chairman of the School Council; Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Nha – Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the School Council, Vice President, Chairman of the Professors Council, Chairman of the Scientific and Training Council of the School; Dr. Phan Thi Thu Huong, Vice President – Head of the Training Department; Dr. Dinh Phuong Thao, Vice President in charge of International Cooperation, along with more than 500 teachers who are staff, lecturers, and employees teaching and working at Dong A University of Technology.
Employees of POLYCO Group also participated in congratulating at the anniversary ceremony.
On September 28, 1982, the Council of Ministers issued Decision No. 167-HĐBT, which stated: Every year, November 20 will be celebrated as Vietnamese Teachers' Day. Since then, the day honoring the teaching profession and teachers has been solemnly celebrated nationwide, becoming a traditional festival for Vietnamese educators. After 42 years, Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20 still retains the humanistic value of the beautiful traditional values of the Vietnamese nation, honoring those who have dedicated themselves to the country's education. It expresses gratitude for the contributions of teachers who have imparted knowledge and shaped the character of generations of students.

Sending congratulations on November 20th at the ceremony, Dr. Dinh Van Thanh – the Principal of the University stated that this year's Vietnamese Teacher's Day marks an important milestone for Dong A University of Technology. We have gone through more than 15 years of building and development, and throughout that journey, the teachers have been the ones who have persistently laid a solid foundation, creating core values for the educational career of the University.
Dr. Dinh Van Thanh always acknowledges the contributions of the teachers who are the lecturers imparting knowledge and guiding the students. They are the management staff, departments, and support units within the University. The administrative, technical, and financial departments also play an essential role in maintaining the stable operation of the University. As well as the staff involved in logistics, sanitation, security, and other unnamed but extremely important tasks.
The Principal of Dong A University of Technology expressed deep gratitude for the tireless efforts of all the teachers, staff, and employees in the University who have dedicated themselves to caring for and guiding generations of students, helping them develop comprehensively in both intellect and character. It is the teachers who have and are contributing significantly to the success of Dong A University of Technology, building a strong and reputable educational brand.
